We recommend dissolving 1-2 tablets in 350ml of water and leave a few minutes to fully dissolve.

If you have your own personal supplement routine we don't want to get in the way of that. It's always worth cross referencing what's in Forcefield to what your taking but we carefully formulate all our products so you can additionally supplement alongside if you wish.
