We recommend dissolving 1-2 tablets in 350ml of water and leave a few minutes to fully dissolve.
We designed Reset to be taken first thing in the morning. We found that a lot of customers like to replace their morning coffee with it. It's got a lot of similar benefits to coffee but it comes without the crash and jitters.
Drop a tablet into 350ml of room temperature water and allow the tablet to fully dissolve. If cold water is your thing, leave to dissolve and add ice.
Want to add a little jazz? Try with sparkling water and add some of your favourite citrus fruits.

If your feeling like you need some extra oomph you can take up to 2 Reset tablets in a day.
If you have your own personal supplement routine we don't want to get in the way of that. It's always worth cross referencing what's in Reset to what your taking but we carefully formulate all our products so you can additionally supplement alongside if you wish.
We don't recommend taking Reset whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.
