We use Magnesium Bisglycinate to achieve this. Only one of two forms of Magnesium that crosses this vital brain barrier.
We use L theanine to do this. It works wonders to calm us by decreasing excitatory activity that contribute to stress and anxiety.
Citric acid; dextrose; sodium bicarbonate; L-theanine; natural blackberry flavour; Magnesium Bisglycinate; stevia leaf; piperine (from an extract of black pepper Piper nigrum); rice extract.
We recommend dissolving 1 tablet in 250ml of water and leave a few minutes to fully dissolve.
You should take Pause 30-60 minutes before bed. Taking Pause at the same time every day will help boost the cumulative effects of it's active ingredients.
Drop a tablet into 250ml of room temperature water and allow the tablet to fully dissolve. If cold water is your thing, leave to dissolve and add ice.
Alternatively, try it hot. Pop a tablet into some boiled water and enjoy!
