We recommend dissolving 1-2 tablets in 350ml of water and leave a few minutes to fully dissolve.
Take Forcefield at any point during the day. Taking Forcefield at the same time every day will help boost the cumulative effects of it's active ingredients.
Drop a tablet into 350ml of room temperature water and allow the tablet to fully dissolve. If cold water is your thing, leave to dissolve and add ice.

If you have your own personal supplement routine we don't want to get in the way of that. It's always worth cross referencing what's in Forcefield to what your taking but we carefully formulate all our products so you can additionally supplement alongside if you wish.

I have been taking these for a month now alongside my other supplements and have really enjoyed adding them to my morning routine. Once you get the hang of breaking the tablet up into small pieces so it absorbs faster, it’s a pretty easy/tasty addition! I only knocked off one star because I needed something a little higher strength (in vit C in particular), but generally would recommend as a natural way to get some beneficial vitamins and minerals in!
This little tablet is great for a little energy boost before lunch. Flavour is fabulous as well ☺️
